At Xerjoff, we strive for perfection in every fragrance; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of products in their original, sealed cellophane packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original boutique box and outer shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
- 3.Ship the Product
Dispatch your return using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure the safe arrival of your luxury items at our Italian headquarters.
- 4.Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the integrity of the seal and packaging, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
